HATHA AND MEDITATION
Wednesdays 8:00-9:00 a.m.
Casa Tara
Hatha yoga strikes a balance between the slow, meditative pace of Yin and the dynamic flow of Vinyasa. It features medium-length holds and covers classic yoga postures. Hatha classes are great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, focusing on alignment, strength, and relaxation. This practice fosters a well-rounded approach to yoga.

YIN
Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Casa Verde
Yin yoga is a gentle and introspective practice that involves slow, deep stretching with extended holds. It's perfect for recovery from other sports and complements a more vigorous "yang" practice like power yoga or vinyasa. Yin yoga focuses on deep muscle release and fascial stretching, promoting flexibility and relaxation.
