Vinyasa yoga is an invigorating and dynamic class that emphasizes the connection between breath and movement. It's characterized by a faster pace, incorporating balancing poses and core work, with seamless transitions from one posture to the next. Vinyasa yoga helps build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through flowing sequences.

Available to resort guests only.

HATHA AND MEDITATION

Wednesdays 8:00-9:00 a.m.
Casa Tara

Hatha yoga strikes a balance between the slow, meditative pace of Yin and the dynamic flow of Vinyasa. It features medium-length holds and covers classic yoga postures. Hatha classes are great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, focusing on alignment, strength, and relaxation. This practice fosters a well-rounded approach to yoga.

Classes are drop-in.

YIN

Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Casa Verde

Yin yoga is a gentle and introspective practice that involves slow, deep stretching with extended holds. It's perfect for recovery from other sports and complements a more vigorous "yang" practice like power yoga or vinyasa. Yin yoga focuses on deep muscle release and fascial stretching, promoting flexibility and relaxation.

Classes are drop-in.
