MEET SAMANTHA

My teaching style involves a blend of ancient yogic wisdom and accessible, mindful movement. Breathwork is a continuous thread, syncing our movements and inner rhythms with a strong emphasis on modifications to meet every student's needs. In-person, I love adding a personal touch, assisting students in finding their unique expression of each pose and guiding them toward greater ease and spaciousness. Throughout every class, we cultivate body and breath awareness, fostering a deep connection with our energetic sensations and our interconnectedness with others and the world around us.
