MEET SAMANTHA
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade and along with teaching various forms of yoga, I am continually studying the 8 limbs of yoga with my own teachers. Yoga has supported me in deep self-love, as well as connection, compassion and empathy for all other beings. Outside of yoga, I am an avid kiteboarder, mountain biker, dancer, skier, gardener and dog mom.
